Our Story
Why We Exist
Patch Coffey was bright, funny, compassionate, and deeply loved. He died at 24 from an accidental fentanyl-induced overdose - a tragedy that is far too common. His family created this foundation with the hope that no family has to face barriers to receiving life changing care.
